MODALES will be present at the DIAS Final Dissemination Event, taking place on 25 October 2022, from 09:00 to 17:00 CET.

DIAS (Diagnostic Anti-Tempering Systems) is an EU-funded project working on securing vehicle environmental protection systems (EPS) from tampering. The project is developing and testing various smart, multi-layered solutions, including an OBD system and cloud-based diagnostics systems, to eradicate tampering and other malicious interventions to vehicle systems.

MODALES will be represented at the DIAS Final Event alongside other parallel EU projects. MODALES Project Coordinator, Andrew Winder (ERTICO), and Esther Tenge (Spark Legal Network) will present the project and will focus on “Effectiveness of Inspections and Depollution Systems”, including retrofits and legal aspects of tampering.

The Final Event will cover the project’s results and achievements, with the on-site participation of speakers and the project’s consortium members. The event can be followed online for anyone interested to join the discussion.
