Istanbul Okan University has established a real-time simulation system in this project and it is being used effectively in the project. VTT is studying the effect of driving style on exhaust emissions - Article in Finnish and English
VTT is involved in the EU Horizon 2020 project called MODALES, which studies, among other things, the role of driver driving in exhaust emissions. There are a total of 15 test drivers, all of whom are VTT employees. Each of them, in turn, runs twice in a row about 30 km of route, consisting of sections of street, road and highway. Read more.
